The Bao's Lung Fei Tai Chi club continues to promote the legacy of Naijian Bao, who with his wife set about promoting Tai Chi and its' numerous benefits in England, in 1987.
He died, sadly, in 1998 and Mrs Men Bao has since continued to work tirelessly to achieve their Tai Chi aspirations, and honour the wishes of the renowned Li Tianji, one of the “Ten Best Wushu Masters of China”, .

Mrs Bao demonstrated her exceptional skill in gymnastics from a young age, catching the eye of Li Tianji (one of the originators of the Yang-style 24 forms). He encouraged her to learn and later teach Tai Chi when she came to England. Still as fit as a flea in her 80's, Mrs Bao continues to lead the organisation, coach new teachers and run Qi Gong workshops.

40 years on, Bao's Lung Fei continues to contribute its' energy and its' voice to the Tai Chi community in the UK, here in Somerset and Dorset. Relax-Breathe-Move is one branch of that group and others are to be found on the Links Page.
